About our salmon

We are very fortunate to have Paul Thornton’s excellent smoked salmon. If you are wondering whether it is farmed or wild, it is wild. Due to the moratorium on salmon fishing of the California coast, this fish comes from Bristol Bay Alaska and Paul gets it straight from the source and smokes it here in Northern California using just brown sugar, salt and actual hickory smoke. You can find Paul at farmers markets around the county.
