Sunday is National Pie Day!

Today is the big day! National Pie Day! So we made pie!
I was a little late in posting, so we are already out of the ham and cheese brunch pies. We still have spinach and cheese and eggs and potatoes, though. We are just putting lunch and dinner type pies in the oven, like the vegan and wheat free Japanese Curry Shepherds Pie and Broccoli Cauliflower Cheddar Pot Pie.
