Just a reminder that we are OPEN ON MONDAYS now, still closed on Tuesdays. After a long time away, Shaker Meyer Lemon Pie is back!
An old Shaker recipe, this pie is made of whole Meyer Lemons, peel and all, sliced thin, marinated overnight in sugar, mixed with eggs and baked in a double crust. Kind of like a lemon marmalade pie. Certainly not for everyone, but many people cannot get enough of this pie.

We will continue to have our new Salmon pot pie all week. It is made from wild salmon, both fresh and smoked, potatoes, carrots, celery and corn. Deeeelicious!
